Derek G. asked, "What do I need to get you to draw a custom panel for me?"
Great question Derek!
First: The year and model of your aircraft is required to get us going so we can find and verify the overall measurements of your new panel. This is key to make sure that the drawings we have in our library closely match your actual aircraft.
Once we verify the general panel measurements, we can start designing your panel to be exactly the way you want it.
We will use your list of preferred gauges or displays as well as GPS system, radios, transponders, and any other equipment you will be using, to put them where you specify on the panel.*
We have drawings from all the major manufacturers with cut out and mounting holes for their systems so adding something as big as a full touch screen display or as small as a breaker or switch is no problem
Once you are happy with the design, we send you a fully ready to cut CAD drawing. We can even work directly with your local machine shop, laser, water jet, or router company to make sure the files are in a format they can use.
*(Some restrictions will depend on aircraft sub panel and allotted space in bulkheads)
